Avessa is pre-launch. Request early access

Your cash never sleeps.

Avessa is an always-on treasury agent. It moves idle cash into tokenized money-market funds and T-bills, then brings it back in time for payroll.

Avessa is a technology company, not a bank, broker-dealer or investment adviser. Figures shown are illustrative.

Cash keeps office hours.
Your business doesn’t.

Receipts land in the afternoon and wait until morning. Moving them at six in the evening is nobody’s job, and the fund desk has already closed.

From Friday at five to Monday at nine is 64 hours. Your balance spends every one of them sitting still in an operating account.

Money set aside for payroll or a supplier run sits for days before it leaves. Sweeping it by hand, then pulling it back in time, isn’t worth a treasurer’s afternoon.

  1. 1Connect your accounts

Link the operating accounts you already use. Avessa reads balances and upcoming payments, so it knows what is idle and what is spoken for.

  2. 2Your CFO sets the rules

Decide the floor that stays at the bank, which instruments are allowed, and how much can sit in any one of them. The agent cannot act outside these limits.

  3. 3The agent sweeps what is idle

Cash above your floor that isn’t needed soon goes into tokenized money-market funds and T-bills. At six in the evening or on a Saturday, it makes no difference.

  4. 4It’s back before you need it

Avessa reads your payment calendar and redeems just ahead of payroll and supplier runs. The money is in the account before the run starts.

One week of cash,
hour by hour.

Press play, or drag across the week. Watch the balance go to work each evening and come back before each payment run.

The floor is held at the bank. Everything above it is at work.

The policy is yours.
The agent just keeps to it.

Name the amount that never leaves the bank. The agent only works with what sits above it.

Choose what counts as a safe home for idle cash: tokenized money-market funds, tokenized T-bills, or both. Nothing else is ever bought.

Cap how much can sit in any single fund. If a sweep would breach the cap, the agent splits it or leaves the cash where it is.

Small routine moves go through on their own. Anything above your threshold waits for a named person to approve it.

You decide who can pause the agent, recall cash or change a limit. Every change to the policy is recorded with a name and a time.

Every dollar, where it is
and why it’s there.

One view of your positions, what is due and what the agent has done about it.

An agent with no discretion, and an off switch.

It acts only inside your rules

The agent has no judgement calls to make. If a move would break a limit, the move doesn’t happen.

Every move is on the record

Each sweep and return is logged with its amount, its time and the rule that allowed it. Month-end has nothing to reconstruct.

Agent active Try it. One switch stops everything.

Pause it whenever you like

Stop the agent with one switch. Positions stay exactly where they are until someone you’ve authorised says otherwise.

Why tokenized funds,
and why Canton.

Tokenized money-market funds and Treasuries on Canton can settle at any hour, on any day. That is what lets an agent work the evening and the weekend.

Cash and fund units change hands in one atomic transaction. There is no gap where you have paid and not yet received.

Canton is a public network built for finance, with privacy at its core. Your positions and movements are visible only to you and the counterparties to each transaction.

Avessa’s workflows are written as Daml smart contracts. Who may move what, and within which limits, is defined in the transaction itself.

Questions a careful CFO asks.

If yours isn’t here, request access and ask us directly.

Is Avessa a bank or a fund?

No. Avessa is a technology company. It is not a bank, a broker-dealer or an investment adviser, and it does not run a fund. The agent moves your cash between your own accounts and the instruments your policy allows.

What does the agent put our cash into?

Only what your policy permits: tokenized money-market funds and tokenized Treasury bills. Your CFO chooses the eligible instruments and the limit for each. Nothing else is ever bought.

What return should we expect?

We don’t quote one. What your cash earns depends on the instruments you choose and on market rates at the time. Avessa’s job is narrower: cut the hours your cash spends doing nothing, without putting a payment at risk.

What if we need the money sooner than planned?

Your minimum operating balance stays at the bank at all times. For anything unscheduled, an authorised person can recall cash from the dashboard. Because settlement on Canton is available around the clock, a recall doesn’t have to wait for a business day.

Can the agent act outside our rules?

No. It acts only within the policy your CFO approves. Moves above your threshold wait for a named approver, every action is logged, and you can pause the agent at any time.

Who can see our positions?

On Canton, positions and movements are visible only to the parties involved in them. Your balances are not published for the market to read.
